CCR and so much fun

chip's favorite band was in town last night, so i surprised him with tickets and we had a date night. he was like a kid in a candy store. he had never seen them in concert so it was a big treat.
CCR was awesome. it was at Hal & Mal's, which was the perfect venue. every guy in the building was singing along to the words. it was cool b/c everyone there was there for a purpose. no teeny boppers or hoochies. just normal (well mostly) people listening to great music. lots of beer flowing, singing and dancing. couldn't ask for anything more.


this is my new t-shirt, i have to have one everywhere i go. i'm addicted.

and let me tell you how old i felt b/c i can't remember the last time i had to wear a wristband to prove i'm old enough to drink. oh, and being at hal & mal's brought back a lot of memories (some great and some not so great). we can't wait to see them again.

my ears are still ringing.
