Ok so I was driving along yesterday and looked back at Wyatt and he had figured out how to prop his cup on his arm to drink and still play with his toy monkey. It was so funny and of course as soon as I snapped the picture, he smiled.
I turned my back and he found the frig. I literally was taking something out of the frig and placing it on the counter and when I turned around there he was. Sweet baby was exploring.
I can't believe he is getting so big. He is starting to sleep better at night. Eating from the table exclusively. Started him on 2% milk last weekend (June 26th) and he is doing great. He's eating whole crackers and loves cheerios and goldfish. Absolutely loves fresh squash and butter beans. I can't give them to him fast enough. I love that he loves veggies. He doesn't eat a lot of meat, I want him to be a veggie lover, so I'm not focusing on meats yet. But he does love some chicken nuggets. Oh and I totally forgot spaghetti with meat sauce. I can't believe he is is going to be 1 in a month. I can't wait to celebrate my little miracle with family & friends. My heart breaks when I think about my sweet daddy not being able to be there. But I know that he will be there in our hearts. I know his presence will be felt in all of us.
ok, now, I have to pay for the cake, send out the invites, figure out what I'm going to serve to eat and so much more. but I have time. I am refusing to wait until the last minute.
