my new favorite holiday - it's fast approaching

I have wanted to be a mom for a long time. Now that I am I can't image my life without my sweet boy. I was thinking on my way to work this morning about how exciting it is that Mother's Day is right around the corner. I'm so blessed to have the best mom in the world and I pray that one day I will be as great as her. I was contemplating, will chip remember?, what will he get me?, will he try and do something special b/c it the first?. Then after all my selfish thinking, I decided that as long as we all wake up healthy and happy on Mothers Day and everyday thereafter, that would be the greatest gift I could get.
I can't wait to celebrate my new favorite holiday with my sweet little man and my hubby. It will be perfect, no matter what. Yeah, I'm still human and I want a gift. I may just get myself something. I've been good.

I'm a mom now. How awesome is that.
