ok it really doesn't stink but right now my calves and hamstrings are killing me and all i want to do is have my body stretched from one side to the other. maybe have one person at my head and one at my feet and they just pull.
ok so as you may be able to tell i have started going back to the gym. trying to get into shape b/c i feel so blah! anyway it's been about 2 weeks now and i'm still motivated.
next step is trying to cut back on all the bad food.
but one step at a time.
